Compulsory final cleaning: NOK 2,500. All prices include VAT, electricity, bed linen and towels.

Basement: steam sauna with a sliding window to the cold pool · Ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom · First floor: 4 bedrooms, bathroom · Second floor: loft lounge/Sky Bar.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds · Bedroom 2: single bed, double bed and 2 bunk beds · Bedroom 3: 2 single beds · Bedroom 4: single bed and double bed.

The Guesthouse

Additional accommodation for larger groups.

Capacity: Maximum 4 guests (2 family rooms with a bunk bed)
Use: A separate unit near Øvergården — often rented as additional accommodation when groups are larger than 10.
Facilities: Separate unit, a short walk from Øvergården
Price: Week NOK 8,500 · Weekend NOK 4,800 · Night NOK 1,900 (min. two nights)
Can be combined with: Øvergården — up to 16 guests in total

Compulsory final cleaning: NOK 1,300.

The autumn holiday is let on a weekly basis only. Separate conditions apply at Easter and on public-holiday weekends. Discounts for longer stays in the low season - please get in touch.

Around the houses

Bogøyvær - the sea just outside your door.

There are no cars and no shops here - you may well be the only visitor on the island. The grocery shop is a ten-minute boat ride away, on Sula or Mausund. Catch your own dinner, or drop by the local fishermen of Øyrekka. Supen Pub and Georg Skatvold's trading house are a stone's throw from the house. Perfect for a digital detox - or simply for the feeling of living in the old days.

We collect you at Dyrøy quay, in Trondheim, at Værnes or Ørland - take you out fishing or island hopping, and bring you home to the sauna and dinner. Same crew, same place.
